Black and White Hospitality Opens New Restaurant in Blackpool
Located in a brand-new, 144-bedroom Holiday Inn hotel, the 90-cover restaurant, which is a Marco’s New York Italian, follows an agreement between Blackpool Council and Black and White Hospitality, which is the franchising arm of Pierre White’s restaurant business. Inspired by Pierre White’s Italian heritage and love for New York and passion for classic, simple, authentic food, guests will now be able to enjoy a mix of Italian-inspired dishes and American classics including a range of pizzas, burgers, steaks and pastas.
